AerosolTrap was the January best environmental news. Eco Innovation AB wants to highlighting positive environmental news. See eco innovation (a tip use google translator for your language) Thank you to everyone who voted, our environment is most important to us!

December 2010

Too good
to be true?

A functional test based on the final report of the prestudy verified at AstraZeneca own laboratory in December 2010. Worst result stood at just over 99% and best at 100% degree of separation, at a flow rate of 5.0 m/s and a constant pressure drop of only 15 Pascal.

Note that I now say that this technology AerosolTrap works equally on different types of gas streams in which to generate aerosols with its own mass! Who wants to be and prove it?
The reports can be reserved for ordering through the website under contact, await the privacy notice from AstraZeneca.

Many thanks to all those who contributed to the project could continue, no one mentioned no one forgotten
!

June 2010

At Orebro University, Department of Technology has the  pre study of Aerosotrap Technology been reported by Phd Tord Larsson, Associate professor to AstraZeneca Sweden Operations in June 2010. The study are the first step at business segment "Medical Applications". The efficiency of separation in Aerosoltrap is 100% depending on design, and operates on aerosols size down to 1
µ (my). A letter of Intend has been written by AstraZeneca Sweden Operations.

Inkubera AB are the region of Orebro incubator, they have been an active part in the success of this pre study. They put Inventor Conny Norman in connection with Orebro University and also find solutions of finance via
Örebro Regional Development Council.

May 2010

Final report from Orebro University of prestudy on Aerosoltrap for Astrazeneca released with sekretess (Medical application).

December 2008
The preliminary report of the pre-study shows positive results of the natural functionality at the aerosoltrap for  application at business area "medical application".

October 2008
Pressrelease here
- AstraZeneca AB has always interests in new technology; they find the Aerosoltrap a very interesting technology. Inkubera is the regional incubator working closely together with Orebro University. AstraZeneca and Inkubera have initiated a pre-study of the Aerosoltrap, to find out if it’s possible to save costs in production of drug pill. Large amount of medical substance are captured in filter banks, and above that they have costs for depose of those filters and medical substance. Funding is a 50% equal share by AstraZeneca and the Örebro Regional Development Council for the R&D.

The study started officially September 18, 2008 made by Associate professor PhD Tord Larsson at Orebro University at the brand new Campus Alfred Nobel in Karlskoga Sweden. The study is made by simulations of known criteria in computer aid. A positive result will make an up scale of the Aerosoltrap and be a very efficient cost reducer at the sites of manufacture.

- In a meeting October 1, 2008 at Sintef Department of Materials and Chemistry Trondheim, they found this project interesting, Aerosoltrap has potential to solve many difficult processes. R&D news will come later on, in this matte

The world finance crises makes the Aerosoltrap reduce speed of some projects or put them on hold until everything starts running again.

May 2008
MH Engineering Holding in Karlskoga has a GO to start an R & D project in Norway, primary at www.sintef.no.

January 2008

The option agreement between MH Engineering Holding in Karlskoga, Sweden and Conny Norman from Orebro in Sweden continues entire 2008. This option provides MH Engineering a good opportunity to increase its product portfolio on the EU markets within the power and environmental fields.
MH Engineering in Karlskoga employees about 35 persons.

The license with JohnsonDiversey Scandinavia AB ends.

June 2007
Pressrelease; Signing of the option agreement between MH Enginering Holding in Karlskoga, Sweden and Conny Norman from Örebro in Sweden took place on Monday 25 June. This option provides MH Engineering a good opportunity to increase its product portfolio on the global markets within the power and environmental fields.

The Option is for new technology within following business areas.
  1. Gas and oil separation (oil and gas industry, on- and offshore, and refineries)
  2. Waste gas cleaning from power and heat generation.
  3. Gas transport (condensing of water in gas pipe lines etc.)

MH Engineering in Karlskoga employees about 35 persons.

The inventor Conny Norman has developed his national and internationally awarded ”aerosoltrap” (former named “fat trap”) for large scaled kitchens to theoretically manage far more problem areas for particles in all types of flows by it natural principle.

November 2006
Developing project starts in business areas: Dry Aerosols below 65 degree Celsius and Gas- & Oil industries

October 2006
Culinary Arts Gala 2006: Culinary Conference in Grythyttan and a Refreshing Gala Experience At Grythyttan the 20th of October! The Experience heart of the Kingdom of Culinary Arts and Meal, half way between Oslo and Stockholm, New York and Moscow. The Aerosoltrap was presented by JohnsonDiversey at the Conference.  The market has accepted the Aerosoltrap system by JohnsonDiversey AB.

April 2006
JohnsonDiversey AB has delivered Aerosol greasetrap system to several of the leading fastfood restaurants in Sweden.

January 2006
The expansion of the aerosol extraction device project continues according to the plan, business areas on hold get partner. JohnsonDiversey AB get license for 3 business areas in Sweden, fastfood, restaurants and process industries JohnsonDiversey AB also extend the test restaurants in Sweden.

Headlines 2006
The expansion of the aerosol extraction device project continues according to the plan, business areas on hold get partner. JohnsonDiversey AB get license for 3 business areas in Sweden.

December 2005
McDonalds Restaurant Erikslund, Västerås Sweden reopen 15 December, 2005.

July 2005
The test site McDonalds restaurant located at Vasthaga in Orebro Sweden is granted after 5 years of massive tests of the technology with the aerosol grease trap with automatic cleaning. The total supplier JohnsonDiversey AB is now discussing to extend the trial to more test restaurants (5-7 have shown interest in the technology) with McDonalds in Sweden. The new sites can now be equipped with the new fully functional and complete aerosol grease trap system with automatic cleaning.  The system will reduce costs for sweeping and cleaning substantially and facilitate maintenance and cleaning of areas above grills and frying areas. It will also decrease the energy consumption in the ventilation system. According to the tentative plan it is possible to finish these new installations during 2005.
